THANK YOU to all who turned out for the 2026 running of the Weaver Brothers Island Stages Rally. To see so many spectators braving the weather was great. We all owe a huge debt of gratitude to the marshals who stood out all day in what were truly horrendous conditions at times.

Congratulations to Rob Swann and Steve McNulty in their Ford Fiesta WRC for retaining the title of overall winners and this time lifting the Mike Davidson Memorial Trophy. Well done to island crew, Robbie Cooper and Emily Cooper in their Austin Mini, awarded the Jon Dyer Memorial Trophy for completing their first stage rally.

The event team worked hard to overcome the weather conditions causing frequent stoppages and did not take the decision to cancel the final stages lightly, but safety is as always the top priority.

Provisional date for the next running is 14th February 2027.
